Professional Cooking Course – 60 hours Evening (CP60S)

Who it is for

The course is designed for those who want to train in the field of professional cooking but need to attend in the evening. It is suitable for:

  • those who work or study during the day and want to invest in their skills;

  • those who intend to pursue a career in the restaurant industry;

  • those who already have basic cooking skills and want to improve practically and structurally.

Course objectives

The course provides all the fundamental skills to operate in a professional kitchen, with a practical and dynamic approach. Participants will learn to:

  • properly use kitchen tools and equipment;

  • perform cutting techniques and raw material preparation;

  • prepare stocks, sauces, appetizers, first and second courses;

  • cook meat, fish, and vegetable dishes using various techniques;

  • manage timing and organization of a kitchen line;

  • respect hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).

At the end of the course, a certificate certifying the acquired skills will be issued.

  • Kitchen equipment and utensils

  • Basic cutting and preparation techniques

  • Classic stocks and sauces

  • Hot and cold appetizers

  • Traditional and modern first courses

  • Meat and fish second courses
