It was my first time visiting this facility for the CQC renewal course.
I obviously had access to the meeting room on the ground floor, and I must say it is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a small room with a coffee machine and a water dispenser, so light refreshments are available during breaks.
As with any proper facility, there is a caretaker, the premises are served by parking spaces — unfortunately paid — and for those coming from Modena, it is also reachable on foot or by bike.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE is a tourist guide who, for professional activity, accompanies individuals or groups on trips within the country or abroad, manages the implementation of the tourist program prepared by the organizers, provides complete assistance to individuals or groups, and offers relevant or interesting tourist information about transit areas, outside the scope of activities that fall under the specific competence of tourist guides.
TARGET AUDIENCE The 2025 tourist guide course is aimed at those interested in obtaining the professional qualification of Tourist Guide.
REQUIREMENTS
■ Italian citizenship or citizenship of another EU member state or residence in Italy for at least three years.
■ Possession of a secondary school diploma or equivalent, obtained abroad, for which the equivalence has been recognized by the competent Italian authority.
■ Possession of one of the following conditions:
a. Declaration of passing the entrance exam for the Guide course
b. Language certificate attesting Level B2
c. Master's Degree - Old Ordinance in foreign languages or Bachelor's + Master's in Foreign Languages (admission will be recognized only for the chosen foreign language).

LANGUAGE SKILLS TEST: October 22
COURSE START: October 27. The training course will be held in the morning from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 17, 2025.
DURATION AND ATTENDANCE: The course lasts 150 hours; mandatory attendance for 80% of the total hours
FINAL CERTIFICATE: Attendance certificate with learning assessment
FINAL EXAM: The qualifying final exam will be held in person about a week after the course ends.
PARTICIPATION FEE: € 100.00 (VAT exempt) for language tests in one or two languages; € 50 for additional languages; € 900.00 (VAT exempt) for the training course. The tourist guide training program aims to grant the license to practice the profession, pursuant to LR 4/2000 and subsequent amendments, and is carried out in accordance with Regional Executive Resolution no. 1515 of October 24, 2011. This regulation states (point 6) that assessments and courses are organized by accredited training bodies recognized by the Region, through training projects submitted by these bodies to the locally competent Professional Training Service.
