It was my first time visiting this facility for the CQC renewal course.
I obviously had access to the meeting room on the ground floor, and I must say it is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a small room with a coffee machine and a water dispenser, so light refreshments are available during breaks.
As with any proper facility, there is a caretaker, the premises are served by parking spaces — unfortunately paid — and for those coming from Modena, it is also reachable on foot or by bike.
Professional qualification course for Agent and Commercial Representative
Objectives
The course aims to provide the knowledge necessary to pass the qualifying exam for the role of Agent and Commercial Representative for registration in the Business Register (S.C.I.A.)
of the Chamber of Commerce.
Duration
The training course lasts 120 hours with a maximum allowed absence of 20% of the total hours.

Exam information
Entry requirements
Applicants who have attended at least 80% of the scheduled training hours are eligible to take the exam.
Commission members
The commission consists of 3 members, selected from the teachers and experts involved in the course, including the coordinator of the training program
Type of test
Written test (test or simulation of a work situation, aimed at verifying role awareness) and individual interview.
Certificate issued
Attendance certificate with assessment of learning, with qualifying value for the activity of Agent and commercial representative.
