It was my first time visiting this facility for the CQC renewal course.
I obviously had access to the meeting room on the ground floor, and I must say it is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a small room with a coffee machine and a water dispenser, so light refreshments are available during breaks.
As with any proper facility, there is a caretaker, the premises are served by parking spaces — unfortunately paid — and for those coming from Modena, it is also reachable on foot or by bike.
Course for Responsible for Assistance Activities (RAA)
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
The Responsible for Assistance Activities (R.A.A.) performs, within socio-assistance residential structures, functions of organization and coordination of the staff of Social and Health Operators.
RECIPIENTS/ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
The course is aimed at a maximum of 25 people, both employed and unemployed, who possess the following requirements:
- holding a high school diploma
- over 18 years old
- OSS qualification
- Foreign candidates must have a valid residence permit, a sworn translation of their diploma, and a good knowledge of written and spoken Italian
ISSUED CERTIFICATES
Skills Certificate for Competence Units No. 2 “Service Organization” and No. 4 “Customer Care and Management”, related to the professional qualification of EXPERT TECHNICIAN IN SERVICE MANAGEMENT (subject to passing the final assessment interview) – L.R. 12/2003.
The issued certificate is among those considered as “preferential qualification to attest the adequacy of the curriculum” for the role of RAA according to DGR N. 514/2009 and subsequent measures regarding Accreditation of socio-health services.

The internship will be carried out at residential or territorial services, in collaboration with the figures operating there as responsible or coordinators.

Monday - Tuesday - Friday (6:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
DURATION: 170 hours (55 hours online via videoconference, 55 hours of classroom exercises, and 60 hours of internship)
